Facial Aesthetics
Dr Rutland has been doing facial aesthetics for many years, first learning the art 14 years ago. He is both a doctor and a dentist. He qualified in medicine at Barts medical school in 1987 and he passed the diploma in clinical dermatology in 2010. He has been offering advice on skin for a long time.

Dr Rutland is heavily involved as a member of the British Academy of Aesthetics Medicine.
He used to teach other doctors, dentists and nurses cosmetic procedures with Medics Direct.
He appraises other doctors annually in line with GMC requirements for doctors’ revalidation to practise medicine.
In addition he examines for the Royal College of Physicians and Surgeons of Glasgow.
He has presented at National Conferences on techniques and the complications of injectables in cosmetic procedures.
